Field-building for AI safety in Metro Vancouver: identifies and connects local talent across three named streams, technical safety (alignment research, technical governance), governance (legal and policy, industry standards) and field building (comms and advocacy, community events). Runs coworking sessions, a strategy round table and virtual project spotlights, with working groups, applied sprints and project-matching sessions announced as taking shape.
